INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- The LP Gas Stove is simple & safe to use. Begin by placing the gas stove on a horizontal working table.
- Connect the gas stove to the gas cylinder by fitting the free end of the rubber tube to the inlet connection nozzle. The rubber tube should be laid in such a manner so as to avoid sharp bends.
- While lightning the burner, first open the gas-regulating valve on the cylinder. Bring a lighted match stick close to the burner which is to be lit. Then, push the relevant knob and trun it in the clock / anti clockwise (as per model specification) direction to the “ON” position.
- While putting off the burner, first close the regulating valve that is provided with the gas cylinder, and then turn the stove knob to”OFF” position.
- The gas cylinder should not be tilted horizontally while in use.
- Take care to avoid spillage while cooking as this may result in extinguishing of flame and clogging of burner holes.
- Before removing a dish from the burner, turn off the appropriate knob. As a safety precaution, keep the main regulating valve of the cylinder closed when you are not using your gas stove.
IMPORTANT CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
- Use liquefied petroleum Gas at 2.942 Kn/M2 (30 Gf./Cm2). for LPG Gas stove.
- Ensure there are no inflammable substances kept near the cooktop.
- Use the cook top for cooking purposes only.
- For the hose / tube, use a quality rubber hose only, suitable for use with an LPG stove. Do not use a plastic vinyl hose as it may be inflammable. The rubber hose should not touch any part of the cook top or be kept underneath it.
- Switch off the fans in the kitchen when the cook top is in use.
- Make sure the roome / kitchen where the cook top is placed in are well ventilated it is not advisable to use the cook top for long periods in a small room or in a closed spaces without proper ventilation.
- While in use & immediately after use, do not touch the pan supports as they get very hot.
- The pan support & spill tray (according to model) can be removed for cleaning purposes.
- Never attempt to dismantle or repair the cooktop on your own. In case of any difficulty or problem contact your gas dealer or contact our customer care executive to have is addressed.
GAS LEAK
If a gas leak is felt through a gas smell or otherwise, immediately close the main gas valve of the cylinder & any of the burners if they are already in “ON” position on the cook top. Open up all windows and call your gas supply agent / gas dealer customer care center immediately. Do not switch “ON” or “OFF” any electric point or light a match stick or use a lighter when a gas leak is detected / suspected
DON'TS
- Do not scrub with a scrubber on the glass top of the stove. This leaves permanent scratch marks and loss of shine, remember glass is not covered under warranty.
- Do not use tawa and pressure cooker in reverse position to prepare rumali or tandoori roti, oven, tandoor or any other grilling. This will severely damage the glass top, which in out covered under warranty and may result serous.
- Do not cook roast on naked flame on top of the burner because it close all the holes of the burner, which reduce the efficiency of the burner and deliver poor quality of flame and also blacken the bottom of the cooking vessels.
- Do not wash your cooktop when it is hot, the glass top may.
- Do not spill cold water on the glass top during cooking, it may.
- Do not hang utensils or kitchen accessories above the cooktop, the glass top will break if these items fell over.
- Do not put hot utensil at the top of the glass straight from the burner, it may break the glass.
DO'S
- Your L. P. Gas Cooktop is crafted for Liquified Petroleum gas only. For calibration to “C.N.G. or P.N.G.” call your gas agency.
- Always allow optimum flow of flame by the help of knob so that it covers only the bottom of the This will save 60% of precious gas.
- If something over flow on burner due to any reason, put your burner cap in hot caustic soda water, and boil it for 10-15 minutes, wash it under running water, then clean the water with the help of hand jerk and cotton cloth, place at its previous location.
- If you want to clean your Cooktop with water remove all loose parts of the stove like Burner, Pan Supports, Ring of burners , clean with the help of wet cloth, then wipe with cotton cloth and re-place all the loose parts on their original position.
- After every wash, Inspect the iginted burners for any un-due noise or flame coming out from the burners, if so, call the Suryaflame dealer immediately to rectify it, because it may melt burner parts and also invite unexpected.
- In case of auto-ignation Cooktop, use match stick to ignite the burner for first use of every wash, it may short circuit the ignition system which does not covered under warranty.
THE WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE FOR 300 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE NOTE THE POINTS BELOW.
- The Warranty is Void if :
- The product is not operated according to the instructions given under the user manual.
- Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, are, good, accident, negligence or improper handling.
- Glass breakage if any (Is not covered under standard warranty)
- Product has been damaged due to installation, repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
- Product label specifying the model number, serial number and production code has been removed and altered.
- Defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the product
- Claims damaged and/or missing parts(accessories) after 7 days from the original date of goods received.
- Defects or faults in product which have been used for commercial/industrial purposes or which have been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject to non-household/non-domestic use.
- Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorized service provider.
- During the limited warranty period, our authorized service provider will repair without charge the defective unit inclusive of labour and parts and restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All defective parts used for the warranty repair should be surrendered to authorised service.
- All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or part(s) thereof from authorised service provider as will as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne by the consumer.
- Our obligations are limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product. Except as set forth above, there are no other express or implied warranty and all warrantied, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law (including any warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or tness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the lass.
- The total liability for damages relating to or arising out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of the type or cause of such damage of the form of characterization of the claim asserted (e.g. contract or tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
- However in no event shall The Product Brand and The authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for the loss of revenue, business, prots, goodwill, or contracts, business interruptions, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or not The Brand has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations shall apply not with standing the failure of the essential purpose of any limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect consumer’s statutory rights under the law.
- No carrier, dealer or employee is thereof authorized to make modications to this warranty and you should not reply on any such The Brand reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
The warranty excludes all other conditions/guarantees/liabilities not expressed herein. All claims under warranty are subject to faridabad Jurisdiction only.
